3. Pricing, Payments, and Payment Terms

We maintain a straightforward payment process designed for clarity and safety:

  • Payment Method: We operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis only.
  • Payment Collection: The total order amount is collected at your doorstep upon item delivery.
  • No Hidden Fees: The price stated at checkout is the final total. There are no added shopping fees, processing charges, or unexpected costs.
  • Currency: All transactions and price displays are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

4. Order Processing, Packaging, and Delivery Schedule

We process and fulfill all accepted orders according to a clear timeline:

  • Handling Time: 1 business day is required for order packaging and dispatch preparations.
  • Transit Time: Product transit takes an additional 1 to 2 business days within Singapore.
  • Total Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery takes 2 to 3 business days from the time an order is placed.
  • Delivery Scope: Deliveries are conducted Monday through Friday during standard operational hours.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled at any time while the item remains in our fulfillment facility.
  • Once an item has been handed over to our logistics partner and dispatched, the order cannot be canceled mid-transit, and delivery must be completed.
  • If you wish to cancel an order prior to dispatch, please contact our support team immediately.

6. Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery. Please review the conditions and steps below:

Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted exclusively for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests due to a change of mind. Please verify product measurements and specifications before completing your order.

Return Procedure

1. Email our support team at contact@petralvorina.com within 30 days of delivery, describing the issue and providing clear details.

2. Our team will arrange a complimentary pickup from your address in Singapore. Return pickup is covered entirely at our expense.

Inspection and Resolution

  • Upon receiving the returned item at our warehouse, our team conducts an inspection within 24 hours.
  • If the item is identified to be incorrect or damaged:

o We will arrange a replacement product, subject to item availability.

o If a replacement is unavailable or the item cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued.

Refund Disbursement

  • Because purchases are completed via Cash on Delivery, we do not retain customer banking details.
  • To process a refund, our support team will contact you via email to collect your bank account details.
  • Upon receiving your information, we initiate a direct bank transfer.
  • The refunded amount typically reflects in your account within 5 to 6 business days , depending on your banking institution.

Restocking Fees

  • Restocking Fee: $0 (We charge no restocking fees for returns).
